Under normal circumstances at least 80% of the funds total assets exclusive of any collateral held from securities lending will be invested in the component securities of the index and depositary receipts representing index components. The index is designed to provide exposure to the constituents of the SP Developed BMI Ex U.S. Korea LargeMidcap Index that exhibit both high dividend yield and sustainable dividend distribution characteristics while maintaining diversified sector exposure.
