Hanover Capital Group plc ("The Company")

ADMISSION OF SHARES

The Company has issued 187,118 new ordinary shares of 1p each in Hanover Capital
Group plc at a price of 6p per share to Mr Gerald Gold in settlement of fees due
to him of his services rendered in respect of Room Service Group plc.
Application will be made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading
on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange and a further
announcement will be made once the date of dealings is known

The shares will rank pari passu with existing shares in issue.
