                               Directors Dealing

Real Affinity announces that it has today granted options over 1,500,000
ordinary shares to Mark Richardson and options over 400,000 ordinary shares to
Nicholas Balmforth. In addition, the Company has agreed that, should the net
profits of the Real Affinity group exceed #100,000 in the year ended 31 March
2004 and #130,000 in the year ended 31 March 2005, Messrs Richardson and
Balmforth will be granted further options over 750,000 and 200,000 ordinary
shares respectively. All of these options shall be exercisable at 1.25 pence per
share between the second and tenth anniversary following the date of grant.
