This appointment concludes a selection process that was conducted by the Audit Committee following the Company's dismissal of Deloitte & Touche LLP as its independent auditor on August 21, 2003. Peterson & Co. will begin work immediately on the Company's financial statements, including a review of the financial statements for the quarters ended June 30, 2003, and September 30, 2003. While the Company's Forms 10-Q for the quarters ended June 30, 2003, and September 30, 2003 have not yet been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Company intends to file these Forms 10-Q once Peterson & Co. has completed its review.
