Remarks:
1. This Form 3 amendment is being filed to correct the original Form 3 filed on February 19, 2019. The reporting person had erroneously reported that he didnot own any securities in Takung Art Co., Ltd (the "Company"). Instead, he owns an aggregate of 5,000 shares of common stock in the Company, which heacquired on July 15, 2016 and December 22, 2017, before he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company. 2. On February 18, 2019, the board of directors of Takung Art Co., Ltd. (the "Company") appointed Mr. Lim as a Chief Financial Officer of the Company. |
