Yes. That appears to be what you do: you pump stocks without bothering to do even minimal research. You know, like checking Edgar to see if they've been delisted or have filed for bankruptcy.

Berkshire Hathaway purchases when there's blood in the streets and $OXY was definitely bleeding until last week when BH purchased more. Strong move up is continuing today.
