Retirement of CEO

Dublin, Ireland, 28 July 2023: Datalex plc ("Datalex", the "Company" or the "Group") (Euronext Growth Dublin: DLE) today announces that Sean Corkery, Chief Executive Officer, has informed the Board of his intention to step down as CEO and Director of the Company with effect from 31 December 2023.

Over the coming months, Sean will work with David Hargaden, Datalex's Chairman and the senior management team to ensure a seamless and coordinated transition of his responsibilities. An external process to appoint Sean's successor has begun, and a further update will be issued in due course.

David Hargaden, Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Datalex said: "Sean joined Datalex in 2019 and in his time at Datalex has provided much-needed stability and leadership to the team. He guided the business through the Covid pandemic and is leaving the Company on the back of a number of significant new and renewed partnership announcements that position Datalex well for the future. We wish him the very best."
