The following prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is
available for viewing:

Prospectus dated 23 September 2008 (the "Prospectus") for the update of Anglian
Water Services Financing Plc's (the "Issuer") Euro10,000,000,000 Global Secured
Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme"), unconditionally and irrevocably
guaranteed by Anglian Water Services Limited, Anglian Water Services Holdings
Limited and Anglian Water Services Overseas Holdings Limited.

The Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction with the following
documents which are incorporated by reference and which are also available for
viewing:

(a) the terms and conditions of the bonds of each of (i) the offering circulars
dated 23 July 2002, 24 June 2003 and 28 July 2004; and (ii) the base
prospectuses dated 23 September 2005, 2 October 2006 and 20 September 2007, in
each case in connection with the Programme; and

(b) for the financial years ended 31 March 2007 and 2008 (i) the audited
consolidated annual financial statements of Anglian Water Services Limited and
(ii) the audited annual financial statements of each of the Issuer and Anglian
Water Services Holdings Limited, together in each case with the audit report
thereon.
