The Bergesen d.y. Group has today bought a total of 85,500 of it's own shares,
being 65,250 A-shares and 20,300 B-shares for NOK 165.12 and NOK 154.39 per
share respectively.

After this purchase The Bergesen d.y. Group owns totally 5,833,100 of it's own
shares, being 3,214,250 A-shares and 2,618,850 B-shares.

Total number of outstanding shares after this is 64,185,956.
