    Acertec completes sale of interest in BRC McMahon Reinforcements Limited
    ("BRC McMahon")

    On the 2 September 2008, Acertec announced that it had agreed to sell its 50% interest in BRC McMahon to Celsa Steel Service (UK)
Limited, subject only to approval by the Irish Competition Authority.

    Following receipt of approval from the Irish Competition Authority, the sale of Acertec's 50% interest in BRC McMahon has now
completed.

    As previously announced, Acertec's BRC division has been renamed Acertec Construction Products which continues to focus on supplying
speciality products used in construction and engineering projects.
