    Board change



    The board of ADSL wishes to announce that Paul Wan Hoi Chow has resigned as non-executive director of the Company, with immediate
effect.  In recent months Paul Chow has needed to devote increasing amounts of time to his business commitments outside the ADSL group and
has been less involved in ADSL business. The board of ADSL believe his departure represents the logical conclusion of this progression.  The
board of ADSL wishes him well in his future endeavours.
