The MM's are helping these shorts to exit at a profit. It's pure manipulation until such time as buyer

I suggest you re-read my previous post. BCAP does not need a 211 to be pink current and display unsolicited quotes. I gave you an example stock that has been trading pink current without a 211 for 3 years. It appears you did not review SPZI and the example given.
