Charteris plc announces that Mark Wells, non-executive director, has informed the Board that he will resign as a director and leave the Board on 31 August 2011.

Commenting, Cliff Preddy, Chairman, said "Mark has made a valued contribution since joining the Charteris Board in September 2009 and we are grateful to have benefited from his experience, advice and support. We wish him well with his other existing and future business activities."
