Share Price Movement

The Board of Charteris notes the recent substantial movement in its share price and knows of no reason for this movement. As set out in the Trading Statement announcement released on 1 February 2012, the Company continues to consider a number of options in relation to the inherent uncertainty over the commencement of major projects, timing of cash flow arising from clients thereafter, and the availability of alternative finance should this be required.
