Posting of Notice of General Meeting

On 16 August 2023 the Company announced the the proposed sale of the entire issued share capital of Chaarat Kapan CJSC, which owns the polymetallic Kapan mine in the Republic of Armenia (the "Proposed Sale"). Further to that announcement, the directors confirm that they are to convene a general meeting of the Company at 4pm on Thursday, 7 September 2023 at the offices of Link Group. 6(th) Floor, 65 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7NQ, United Kingdom (the "General Meeting"). The Company has despatched to shareholders the notice of the General Meeting, which contains further particulars of the Proposed Sale, and it is available on the Company's website at www.chaarat.com .
