SAINT-GOBAIN cancels 7.6 million shares
On October 10, 2023, Saint-Gobain cancelled 7,577,049 treasury
shares purchased on the market.
Following this operation, the total number of shares composing
the capital is 506 million and the number of shares outstanding is
now 503 million, compared to 511 million at the end of December
2022.
To date in 2023, the Group has allocated a total of EUR496
million to buy back its own shares (net of employee shareholding
transactions).
With over EUR1.5 billion in shares bought back since 2021, the
Group is ahead of its EUR2 billion buyback target over five years
(2021-2025).
