The Directors of The Clapham House Group PLC announce that at today's Annual 
General Meeting held at 10 a.m. at Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Unit 4, Condor House, 
St Paul's Churchyard, London, EC4M 8AL, resolutions 1 to 7 were duly passed. 
Resolution 8, a special resolution regarding the disapplication of pre-emption 
rights on the issue of shares for cash, was not carried.
