Conister is pleased to announced that as from 26 January 2007 the ordinary
shares in the Company can be registered  within the CREST system and
accordingly, settlement of transactions in the ordinary shares may take place
within the  CREST system if the relevant shareholders so wish.

CREST is a voluntary system and shareholders who retain share certificates may
continue to do so.
