Resignation of Director

Conexion Media Group PLC (CXM) the AIM listed media rights administration company announces that with immediate effect Brian Scholfield has resigned his position as non-executive Chairman. Guy Fletcher who currently serves as non- executive director of CXMwill immediately assume the position vacated by Mr. Scholfield. Guy currently serves as the chairman of the PRS for Music, the UK centralisedmusic rights society.

Brian Scholfield stated that he was stepping down due to personal reasons.

The Board thanks Brian for the many years of service that he has dedicated to CXM.
