Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2023 and the Notice
of Meeting for the 2024 Annual General Meeting are available to

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 a copy of the Annual Report,
the Notice of Meeting and the Form of Proxy have been submitted to
