Pursuant  to Breckenburn Limited's offer for Focus  Dynamics
Plc.   Breckenburn  has  now received valid  acceptances  in
respect  of  8,826,236 Focus Shares representing  53.58  per
cent. of Focus' issued share capital.

In  addition,  Breckenburn now owns 2,212,286  Focus  Shares
representing 13.43 per cent. of Focus' issued share capital.

In  total  therefore, Breckenburn now owns, or has  received
valid  acceptances  in  respect of, 9,365,236 Focus  Shares
representing 70.29 per cent. of Focus' issued share capital.
