The Company refers to the announcement made on 12 March 1999 concerning the
conditional assignments by JP and B Fielden to DP Morley and RJ Steel of
options over a total of 250,000 shares.  The conditions to such assignments
are that the assignee remains a director or employee of the Company and that
the Company's audited profit before tax in any accounting year exceeds the
profit before tax for the year ended 30th June 1998.
