Fishworks announces that on 10 July 2007 it was notified that Roy Morris has
sold 2,083,333 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Following the disposal Roy Morris will be interested in 6,002,803 Ordinary
Shares representing approximately 8.1% of the total issued share capital of the
Company.
