Securities Trading on Deferred Settlement Basis

We wish to advise that following the recent approval by shareholders of (amongst other things) the consolidation of our shares (and CHESS Depositary Interests (CDIs)), the CDIs will commence trading on a deferred settlement trading basis on Thursday 25 May 2017 up to the close of trading on ASX on Friday 2 June 2017. The ASX code during this period will be HGGDA.
