LETTING OF UNITS 6,7 & 8 AT C1 TRADE PARK ABERDARE 
 
 
 
 
Hawtin PLC ("Hawtin") today announces the exchange of contracts with Sunlight 
Services Group  Ltd who are taking 3 units totalling 48,000 sq feet at the C1 
Trade Park, Aberaman Park Industrial Estate, Aberdare .The lease is for ten 
years with stepped rents rising to GBP110,000 in Year 4. 
Units 3 at C1 Trade Park is also let and unit 2 under offer leaving only 3 units 
still available. 
Hawtin  were advised in this transaction by Cooke and Arkwright  in Cardiff. 
This letting follows on from the letting in July to ADT Fire and Security PLC 
who have taken the whole of Beechwood House in Cardiff Gate on a 10 year lease 
at a current rental income of GBP54,000. 
Hawtin continues to work hard to let its remaining vacant space and will be
