Intercede, the leading specialist in digital identity, credential management and secure mobility, was notified on 21 November 2023 that Royston Hoggarth, Chairman of the Group, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 69.7 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Mr Hoggarth holds 545,214 Ordinary Shares. Mr Hoggarth's wife holds 148,440 Ordinary Shares. Therefore Mr Hoggarth and persons closely associated with him are beneficially interested in a total of 693,654 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.19% of the Company's issued share capital.
