                            Director Share Purchase




India Outsourcing Services plc (AIM: IOS), a company formed to capitalise on
acquisition and investment opportunities primarily in the Indian business
process outsourcing market, is pleased to announce that Amit Pau, Chief
Executive, has purchased 111,111 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company on 7
March 2006 at a price of 45p per share.



Mr Pau's resultant shareholding is 261,111 shares, equivalent to 3.08 per cent
of the Company's issued share capital.
