in error. 
 
Octopus VCT plc announces that on 4 November 2011 the Company purchased for 
cancellation 69,569 shares of 1p each at a price of 84.4p per share. 
 
The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 
52,145,218 Ordinary Shares.
