Pilat Technologies International Ltd (the "Company") announces that
the Company's board of directors has rejected the offer received from an
international company as announced on 16 June 2008, to purchase full control of
the Company's subsidiaries operating in Europe and North America for between
US$7.17 million and US$8.67 million.
