Result of AGM and Changes to Board 
 
 
Pixel Interactive Media Ltd, (AIM: PIXL), a leading Asia focused online 
advertising sales company, announces that at the Group's Annual General Meeting 
("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly 
passed. 
 
 
Pixel also announces that Mr. Teh Kim Seng, Non-Executive Director of the Group, 
provided notice of his resignation from the Board at the AGM, and therefore 
shareholders were not asked vote for his re-election. Mr. Teh's resignation will 
be effective 18 September 2009. 
 
 
Kevin Huang, CEO, said: "I would like to thank Kim Seng for the contribution he 
has made to the Group over the past 5 years and wish him well in his future 
endeavours." 
 
 
The Group is currently reviewing the composition of the Board and expects to 
provide an update in due course.
