Project Telecom 2002 preliminary results announcement - CORRECTION

The Chairman's statement of the preliminary results, for the year ended 31
December 2002, issued by Project Telecom earlier today, should have read as
follows:

"Subject to approval by shareholders, the final dividend will be paid on 30 May
2003 to shareholders on the register at 22 April 2003."

In all other respects, the original statement is correct.
