Director's Shareholding

On 15 November 2011 there was an appropriation of ordinary shares by the Company's Share Incentive Plan at a price of 575p per share whereby R D Cormie, a director of the Company, became beneficially interested in 375 ordinary shares of the Company.

As a consequence, R D Cormie is beneficially interested in 44,002 ordinary shares and ordinary shares issued under jointly owned equity and employee share schemes representing in aggregate 0.96 percent of the issued share capital of the Company.
