Redrow plc ("Redrow") announces that on 1 August 2022 it
purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10.5p each
from Peel Hunt LLP as part of the buyback programme announced on 14
July 2022.

Of the 17,089 ordinary shares purchased, Redrow intends to
cancel 10,253 ordinary shares and hold in treasury 6,836 ordinary
shares.
Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of
the 10,253 ordinary shares, Redrow has 351,703,255 ordinary shares
of 10.5p each in issue (excluding 194,866 ordinary shares of 10.5p
each held in treasury).
This figure 351,703,255 represents the total number of voting
rights in Redrow and may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they can determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest
in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure
and Transparency Rules.
