Ordinary Shares in the Company, (formerly held by Ward Ferry Management (BVI) 
Limited, as Investment Manager to WF Asian Reconnaissance Fund Limited) and 
which represent 7.24% of the total voting rights, are now held by Morgan Stanley 
Australia Securities Limited
