Savannah, the resource development company focused on becoming
Europe's most significant producer of spodumene lithium concentrate
from its Barroso Lithium Project in Portugal, has been informed
that, Mr. Emanuel Proença, Chief Executive Officer, acquired a
total of 525,000 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.01 each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 2.8411 pence per
Ordinary Share, totalling GBP14,915.83.
Following this acquisition Mr. Proença has a total beneficial
interest in Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03% of the Company's
issued share capital.
