Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares of 5p undertaken by a PDMR. On 4 July 2023, Jonathan Bunting (Chief Executive Officer) was granted options to buy 40,613 shares at an option price of GBP0.4432 per share under the terms of the Connect Group PLC Save As You Earn Plan . The savings term is three years and the options are exercisable between 1 September 2026 and 28 February 2027.
