shares undertaken by directors / persons discharging managerial

1. Exercise by Jonathan Bunting (Executive Director) of
1,398,114 Long Term Incentive Plan (2020) shares, receipt of
203,362 shares in respect of the dividend equivalent payment and
the subsequent sale of 753,087 ordinary shares to cover the tax and
NI liability.
