The Company advises that Gemma Cryan, a director of the Company, notified the Company on 13 April 2023 that she carried out the following transactions in order to transfer stock in the Company to an ISA in her name:

-- On 13 April 2023: Sold 267,000 Starvest ordinary shares of GBP0.01 ("Ordinary Shares") at 7.5 pence per share;

-- On 13 April 2023 Bought 267,000 Ordinary Shares at 7.51 pence per share;

Following these transactions, Gemma Cryan's interest in the Company's ordinary share capital remains unchanged at 1,490,254 Ordinary Shares representing a 2.56% holding in the Company.
