                                Holding in Company

The Company was informed today that following a disposal, Elenora International
Investments Limited has a beneficial interest in 1,000,000 ordinary shares of
10p each in the Company. This holding represents 2.87 per cent. of the current
issued share capital of the Company.

Following this notification, Elenora International Investments Limited no longer
has a notifiable interest.
