    Board changes

    Mike Speakman, age 72, has decided to step down as Chairman with effect from today and will be replaced by Peter Hems who will become
Executive Chairman with immediate effect.

    Mike Speakman has been a director since 1999 and took over the role of Chairman in March 2007 following the death of Stuart Gordon. Mike
has extensive experience in the construction industry and has agreed to continue with the company as a non executive director. 

    Peter Hems, age 59, is a Chartered Accountant who joined the Board in June 2007, as a non executive director, and will now take on the
role of Executive Chairman to assist with future development of the Group.
