Management Change


The Company announces that effective 31 December 2007, Mr. Philip Serlin, Vice-
President, Global Finance, will be leaving employment with the Company.

He will be replaced by Mr. Ronen Marom, who served for the past eight years as
CFO of G.J.E. Promoting Investments Ltd., a company listed on the Tel Aviv Stock
Exchange. Mr. Marom has a Masters in Business Administration from Tel Aviv
University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He will start at the Company on
1 January 2008.
