The Company was notified on 20 September 2007 that the following Directors
acquired ordinary shares in the Company on 19 September 2007 at a price of 194p
per share:

In addition, under the Company's Share Matching Scheme (the "Scheme"), the

share for the following Directors: Mark Jones (25,903) and Craig Bell (5,612).
Under the terms of the Scheme, the shares do not vest in the individuals for
three years from purchase.
