Upland Resources Limited (the "Company") confirms that it has posted its audited accounts for the year ended 30 June 2015 (the "2015 Accounts") to shareholders, together with the Notice of the 2015 Annual General Meeting (the "2015 AGM Notice") and the form of proxy for use at that Annual General Meeting.
