A copy of the document is being submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will
shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document

North Colonade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.

The report and accounts also include notice of the Company's 2007 Annual General
Meeting, which will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, 28 June 2007 at the offices
