                             Management Appointment

Visual Defence, the provider of integrated IP communications solutions to the
security and defence markets, is pleased to announce the appointment of Bill
Watson to the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Noam Teltch, former
CFO, will be stepping down from his position to pursue other interests.

Prior to joining Visual Defence, Mr. Watson was Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer for Skyservice Investments, a large privately held aviation
services company based in Toronto, Canada. Previous to his appointment to
Skyservice, Bill spent 11 years in roles of increasing responsibility at
Imperial Oil. Mr. Watson holds a Masters in Business Administration from the
Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
