Centrica PLC (CNA.LN) said Friday Nick Luff, finance director, and Mark Hanafin, managing director Centrica Energy and Europe, were appointed as directors of Venture Production PLC (VPC.LN) and assumed their positions on the board with effect from Aug. 27.
