Result of General Meeting: GBP1.78m raised

WFCA plc (AIM: WFCA.L), a leading regional advertising and marketing agency, announces that further to the announcement dated 14 March 2011, all resolutions proposed at a general meeting of the Company held earlier today were approved by shareholders.

Accordingly, and pursuant to the notification released on 14 March 2011, the Company is pleased to confirm that the subscription for 177,500,000 new ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each (the "Subscription Shares") has now become effective, subject to admission of the shares to trading on AIM.

However, following agreement between the Company and the subscribers admission will be delayed by one week to 8.00 a.m. on 6 April 2011.

Following admission of the Subscription Shares, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 445,966,088 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each, which figure may be used by shareholders, from 6 April 2011, as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, WFCA plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
