Pursuant to section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 on 31 August 2006 the Company
has been informed by Griffin Two Limited that following the issue of equity on
24 August 2006 that it now has an interest in 10,000,000 ordinary shares in the
Company representing approximately 3.6 per cent of the Company's issued share
capital.

The issued share capital of the Company is 277,559,500 ordinary shares of 1p
per share.
