No more than 200,000 shares may be granted as restricted stock awards and restricted stock units. As of April 1, 2023, options to purchase 95,468 shares of common stock have been granted (and are outstanding) to officers, directors, and others, and 200,000 shares of restricted stock have been granted to directors and executive officers. Substantially all shares have been granted under the 2019 Equity Incentive Plan.
