Item
8.01. Other Events.
The
Board of Directors of FAT Brands Inc. (the “Company”) has rescheduled the Company’s 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders
(the “Annual Meeting”), originally scheduled to be held on September 20, 2022. The Annual Meeting will now be held on Tuesday,
December 20, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time. The Board has established the close of business on
November 21, 2022 as the record date for determining the stockholders entitled to receive notice of and to vote at the Annual Meeting.
The Company expects to mail its definitive proxy statement for the Annual Meeting on or about November 28, 2022.
